Built for Ghana's power reality
Ghana's grid has good days and bad days. The Nibav vacuum lifts we install are engineered around that reality, not against it — the three points below are properties of that vacuum system specifically.
Battery backup as standard
A dumsor day doesn't take the lift out of service.
Gravity descent, always
If power drops mid-ride, the cabin floats gently down on gravity. You can never be trapped in an outage.
Runs on ordinary household power
A single-phase household supply is enough. It's comfortable on an inverter or solar setup too.
Our Nibav range: Series III and Series IV, four models in all. Every one is self-supporting and installs without breaking ground.
The essential
The essential panoramic home lift.
The flagship
Quieter, smarter, beautifully finished.
The family size
Premium comfort, wheelchair-ready.
No hydraulics, no machine room, no cables. Just air.
Air pressure lifts the cabin. A vacuum pump changes the air pressure above and below the cabin, and it rises smoothly through its own self-supporting shaft.
Controlled air return floats it down. Releasing that pressure gently lets the cabin descend on gravity, under control at every point.
Descent uses almost no power. Going down costs next to nothing to run — and it works even without mains electricity.

guides
An honest, hedged comparison of vacuum and hydraulic home lifts for Ghanaian houses — civil works, power needs, dumsor behaviour, install time, maintenance, and how to think about cost of ownership.
guides
A plain-language explanation of vacuum home lift technology — how air pressure lifts and lowers the cabin, why it needs no shaft or machine room, and why that design fits Ghanaian homes and power conditions particularly well.
guides
What actually happens between deciding on a home lift and using it — site survey, ordering and shipping, delivery, a 2–5 day install with no civil works, commissioning, and after-sales support.
A free home survey confirms exact fit and gives you a firm, all-inclusive quote — no obligation.
