Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what happens to it. No legal jargon, no fine print designed to be skipped over.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site — a home survey booking, a quote request, the brochure download, or the contact form — we collect what you type in: typically your name, phone number, email address, city, and any message or notes you add. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to respond to you.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database, which runs on secure cloud infrastructure. We use Supabase because it lets us keep enquiry records secure and organized without building our own server from scratch — it does not give Supabase any right to use your data for its own purposes.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit for one reason: to respond to your enquiry. That might mean calling or messaging you to arrange a free home survey, emailing a quote after that survey, sending the brochure you requested, or answering a question you raised through the contact form. We do not use your details for anything beyond what you contacted us for.
Who sees it
Your information is seen only by Verticore Elevators staff involved in following up on your enquiry — sales, survey, and installation coordination. We never sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party, and we do not share it with marketing lists or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as they serve their purpose — generally until your enquiry is resolved (a lift installed, a quote declined, or a question answered) plus a reasonable period afterward in case you get back in touch. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask — see the contact details below.
Your access and deletion rights
You can ask, at any time, what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@verticoreelevators.com and we'll act on it promptly. There's no form to fill in and no fee to pay.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies by default. We may in the future add a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand which pages are useful — if we do, this page will be updated to say so before it happens, and any such tool will be configured to avoid identifying you personally.
Several buttons on this site open a WhatsApp chat with our team. Once a conversation starts on WhatsApp, it is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, not this one — we don't control how WhatsApp itself handles message data. Anything you tell us over WhatsApp is treated by us the same way as information submitted through a form: used only to respond to you, seen only by our staff, never sold.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page and adjust the effective date below. We won't make quiet changes that reduce your protections.
