Do you quote in cedis, or only in US dollars?
We quote in US dollars because the lift, freight, and duty are all priced in USD. You settle the invoice in Ghana cedis at the prevailing bank rate on the day you pay, so the figure you see is the figure you plan around — it doesn't move because of a quoting currency choice.
What does "duty-paid" actually mean?
It means the price we quote already accounts for Ghana's import duties and levies on the lift — you don't get a separate customs bill from us or from a shipping agent after the fact. The number we give you at survey stage is the number you pay, from container to commissioning.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Payment is staged: an initial deposit against a pro-forma invoice secures your order and start of manufacturing, with further payments at agreed milestones through shipping, delivery, and installation. All payments are by bank transfer, in either GHS or USD accounts.
Does the quoted price include installation, or is that extra?
Installation and commissioning are included in the all-inclusive price from the start — not billed separately once the lift arrives. The only thing that changes your final figure is what a free home survey confirms about your specific site.
