VERTICORE Elevators

For architects, QSs & developers

Specify a lift without redesigning the building

A Nibav home lift is self-supporting: no shaft, no pit, and no machine room to route into your drawings. That means it can be specified late in a design, or added to a finished building, with far less structural coordination than a conventional lift. Below are the planning numbers you need to check fit.

Retrofit vs. new-build

Retrofitting into a finished building

The cylindrical footprint fits stairwell voids and unused corners in buildings that are already standing. Because the structure is self-supporting, most retrofits need no changes to structural loading, and installation on site typically takes 2–5 working days.

Planning into a new build

If you're designing from scratch, reserving a clear zone of roughly 1.5 m × 1.5 m near the main stair keeps every model in the range available later, without committing to a specific unit before the client is ready to decide.
