These terms cover how this website may be used, what our quotes mean before a home survey, and how the Nibav brand relates to our business. Written in plain language, not legal boilerplate.
What this site is
This website is operated by Verticore Elevators, an authorized Nibav partner for Ghana. It is an informational and enquiry site: it describes our lift models, explains pricing in general terms, and lets you book a free home survey, request a quote, or download our brochure. It is not a store, and nothing on it is a binding contract of sale.
Quotes are indicative until a survey
Any figure you see on this site, or receive before a home survey, is indicative — a starting reference, not a final price. A firm price is only confirmed after a free home survey of your property, and is then set out in a formal pro-forma invoice. Site conditions, access, floor heights, and finish choices can all move a final figure up or down from the indicative range, which is exactly why the survey step exists.
Product specifications
Model names, capacities, travel heights, stop counts, warranty terms, and other specifications on this site reflect our understanding of the manufacturer's current lineup at the time of publishing. Nibav Lifts, as manufacturer, may revise specifications, materials, or warranty terms over time. Where anything on this site conflicts with current manufacturer documentation, the manufacturer's current documentation and your signed pro-forma invoice take precedence.
Trademarks and brand ownership
"Nibav," Nibav product and series names, and related marks are trademarks of Nibav Lifts. This site is operated by Verticore Elevators, an authorized partner for Ghana — we are licensed to sell, install, and service Nibav products in this market, but we do not own the Nibav name or its trademarks, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
Content ownership
Text, photography, and layout on this site that is not a Nibav trademark or manufacturer asset belongs to Verticore Elevators. You're welcome to share links to our pages; reproducing our written content elsewhere without asking first isn't.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but a website description cannot capture everything specific to your building. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this website without a home survey — that survey exists precisely to confirm what applies to your property before any commitment is made. Once a survey and pro-forma invoice are in place, our obligations are those set out in that agreement, not in this general page.
Governing law
These terms, and any agreement arising from a quote or order placed through this site, are governed by the laws of Ghana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or the manufacturer's offering evolves. The effective date below reflects the most recent update.
